Joanne is an accomplished lean professional, trained by a Toyota Sensei, with over 14 years experience of applying lean across a range of business sectors.

Joanne’s coaching experience ranges from Financial Services, through to the Health and Public Sectors, as well as Manufacturing. She is an excellent communicator and coach with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels resulting in the delivery of sustainable business benefits. Joanne is a strong leader and team player, having coached many organisations during her time in the Unipart Expert Practice (UEP) organisation.
