Rob has 35 years of experience in the Aerospace and Aviation industry with a track record of performance in Aero Engine Assembly and Test at Rolls-Royce Plc and in Business Development for HYDRO Systems UK Limited.

Rob’s career progression to executive level has seen him gain valuable international experience having lead operations in the UK, Germany and Canada. Rob was the build team leader for the facility start-up of Rolls-Royce’s engine assembly and test facility in Berlin.

He was a director for engine assembly and test in Rolls-Royce’s Energy division in Montreal Canada and the General Manager of the Rolls-Royce Derby based Engine Assembly and Test operation. Rob then used his experience to establish the production systems now deployed in Rolls-Royce’s state of the art aero engine assembly and test facility in Singapore.

Rob holds a Diploma in Industrial Management from the University of Derby and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
